Infinite Blooms – formerly Northtown Garden Center – continues a long-standing tradition of serving the Western New York gardening community. In 2025, the business was officially rebranded as Infinite Blooms, marking a new chapter while maintaining the same people, high-quality products, and commitment to our customers. This transition came after a group of long-time Northtown Garden Center employees came together to take over operations and continue the business as an independent garden center.

Northtown Garden Center had been operating independently on Sheridan Drive since 2014, following the sale of the main Adams Nursery in Lancaster, New York, along with its name, to a new owner. From that point forward, the Sheridan Drive location has remained focused on delivering a strong retail garden center experience to the Kenmore, Tonawanda, and North Buffalo communities.

The foundation of the business dates back to 1955, when Alden Evergreen Nursery was established in Alden, New York, as a wholesale growing operation specializing in B&B, bare root, and container nursery stock. In 1981, Adams Nurseries – the main nursery operation in Lancaster – was purchased from Steve Adams and continued as a wholesale nursery with growing fields. The retail side of the business expanded in 1990 with the opening of the first garden center on Sheridan Drive in Tonawanda, bringing quality plants and garden products directly to the Northtowns.

Today, we are proud to serve Kenmore, Tonawanda, the City of Tonawanda, and North Buffalo. We’ve built our reputation on quality plants, unique garden décor, strong vendor relationships, and dependable customer service. While the name has changed, our commitment to our customers, our staff, and our community remains the same.
